Well, there you have it — A whole week of posts.  What a fun time we’ve had.  And you know what?  I’ve decided to do another full week of posting starting tomorrow! Yup — another 7 posts in a row!  WAH-HOO! I have some really cool stuff planned for next week, so be sure to toon in!

Meanwhile, I thought I would end this week of posts with a little silliness.  Fraser insisted it was time I get me a new Facebook profile pic, so he had me pull out my Uglies and strike a pose or two with my colorful, little friends.

Yes!  I am obsessed. Uglydolls are a total obsession of mine.  I admit this freely.  Most toys are.  I think it’s very important to stay young at heart and be a big kid for as long as you can.

So there you have it. I have the Uglies. In fact I can’t seem to have enough Uglies. LOL!  But can you blame me?  They’re so freakin’ adorable and squishy!

One of the things I love doing most for Class Comics is what Fraser and I affectionately refer to as coming up with “Freebies” for our readers.  As a consumer myself, I like to get a little extra for my buck when I order stuff online, so in return I love that clients who order directly from Class Comics get cool extras as well.

The new Class Comics Universe Heroes trading cards -- get some free with your order of comics!

In the past, we’ve done a lot of advertising cards and stuff, but I’ve been wanting to put together a new series of Class Comics trading cards ever since we released the Bottom Deck a few years back.  Folks seemed to love the Bottom Deck.  It was pretty cool!  But these new trading cards are even cooler. Lemme tell you why.

First of all, this series of cards is called the “Class Comics Universe Heroes” series, which means it features not only my characters, but also characters from other creators and series that Class Comics publishes.  But even better, these cards are actually “biography” cards.  On one side you get a cool image of the character in question, and on the other side you get a cool bio on him.  Way more fun than the Bottom Deck that really only featured one sided images.  Check out the 4 examples I’ve posted above.  They’re just a few of the ones we’ve already produced!

So how can you get these new cards? Well, you’re gonna get a few free with each order you place for comics through the Class Comics website.  Meanwhile, I can’t quite say how many cards will be in the series and which characters will make appearances, because honestly right now, I’m just having fun putting these little suckers together.  BIG fans be advised: the Class Comics Universe Heroes cards are here, HIGHLY COLLECTIBLE and they are way cool. Plus the first few are shipping out now with Tug Harder #2 and Crash Course #1!

Oh boy-o-boy! Today I have some major sweet treats for you good people.  Take a look at these amazing story boards from Deimos #2, drawn by none other than the exceptionally gifted Logan!

Following a lead, Deimos makes his way to a sleazy downtown hotel in Gateway City. Deimos #2 storyboards by Logan.

Logan is a consummate artist who approaches each comic he works on with absolute professionalism and focus.  And Deimos is no exception!  These wickedly detailed story boards from the up-coming Deimos #2 hint at the eye candy to come and serve as a map for the final art which Logan creates based upon these sketches.

Logan has put a lot of effort into designing the look and feel of this latest issue.  The locations are superbly detailed, the characters are scorching hot and best of all, he brings my script to life in a way that I could never have myself.  I’m not selling myself short — it’s simply that Logan is a master story teller who completely immerses himself in his work!  He’s a joy to write for.

I hope you enjoy this cool “behind the scenes” glimpse at Deimos #2.  The final art on the issue itself is well underway, and features a lot more of Bob, Sethan, Azagoth, a HORRIFYING new demon called Obscene and of course, that grouchy but lovable Taro Demon himself, Deimos.

Fraser and I are getting ready to officially ( I say “officially”, because they are already available on the Class Comics catalog — the official release announcement will come this weekend ) release our first 2 books of the new year: Tug Harder #2 and Crash Course #1. I’ll be doing write-ups on both of these amazing comics in the up-coming days… but tonight I thought you might enjoy a look at the official mini sites.

The Crash Course mini site is gorgeous, and was superbly designed by my pal, Nookiedog.  He did a terrific job, and I urge you to rush on over to the site right now and dive right in to discover this wonderful series created by Johnny Murdoc (writer) and TJ Wood (artist).  The colors are lovingly provided by Lizz Ventura.  Crash Course is an incredibly sexy science fiction odyssey that will introduce you to a gamut of iconic new characters, such as Crash himself, the sexy, blond and buff space-faring adventurer.

Today I’m thrilled to tell you about the official launch of STRPSHOW: your free Class Comics online monthly comic strip!

In the tradition of my STRIPTEASE comics, STRIPSHOW is a series of 1-page comic strips starring your favorite Class Comics heroes!  Written by yours truly and beautifully illustrated by new Class Comics artist, Leon de Leon (also known as Urbanmusiq), STRIPSHOW opens with part 1 of a 4-part Deimos story entitled “The Phallus Key”.

Can Deimos prevent a group of snooty (but oh-so sexy) high society men from opening a doorway to Hell?  You’ll have to check out the new STRIPSHOW section on the Class Comics website to find out! (and Jody you’ll be THRILLED to read that this 4-parter contains a bunch of Bob as well! See — I listen!  LOL! ;)

Hello friends…

I’ve been at my drawing table for a few weeks now, and I am happy to report that my post-Holiday blues (also known as the bitch called artist block!) seems to be coming to an end.  And you know what that means… I’ve been feeling creative again.

Of late, I’ve been concentrating on Zahn #2 primarily.  Book #2 picks up a few weeks after the end of the first issue, and almost directly after the events that happened in Striptease #1. You remember… when Zahn and Jonah meet Cauldron for the first time.

So Zahn decides that he needs to assemble an army to protect Varda from the evil metal beasts that threaten it.  Naturally, he wants only but the best on this army of his, and Cauldron knows where they might find four men who would make perfect additions to this army of Varda.  So off they go in search of these fellow gay barbarians.

Jonah still doesn’t seem to trust Cauldron, while Zahn is more than happy to fuck both of them… A LOT!  And I do mean a lot!  LOL!

I am sort of making it a personal/creative challenge for myself to write in and draw as much mansex as I possibly can fit in this issue.  Hey, I know what you guys like.  But don’t worry, because as I always say, sex scenes don’t have to come at the expense of a good story, and I have written an issue that really deepens the mysteries set in motion in issue #1… I even answer a few of the questions posed in book #1 along the way.

Meanwhile, Space Cadet’s first issue is nearing completion.  I wrote it and Bob, a new artist to Class Comics, illustrated it.  Bob’s job is done (and what a fantastic job he’s done!!) and the 1st issue is absolutely gorgeous.  Now I just have to complete the cover for it.  I love Space Cadet so much as a character, and even though I didn’t draw the interior art, I wanted to do the covers so that I could still be involved in the art in at least a small way.

Space Cadet’s 2-issue mini series is set in Ordovica, the realm of the satyrs.  If you recall the events that happened in Rapture #3, Vallan asked Space Cadet for help against the evil Baron Von Phallus.  Eager to really test out his new powers, Space Cadet accepted the plea for help.  But few things ever go as planned when you’re a sexy gay superhero it seems, and when Space Cadet arrives in Ordovica, he’s in for a BIG surprise.

Bob’s art is truly lovely and does Space Cadet great justice.  As for me, it’s such a HUGE thrill to have the opportunity to feature Class Comics’ most popular and prominent African American character in his very own series.  I think you guys will really love it.  I’ll devote an issue of BTM to Space Cadet #1 and give you a sneak peek at Bob’s art shortly.

Also on my drawing table is Stephane’s Funhouse of Fornication #1.  Though I have yet to draw Stephane’s parts of this book, I have drawn an awful lot of pages that feature Spot… you know, my sexy dog boy.  He’s on the cover of today’s issue… and he gets officially introduced in this book, and I am having a blast exploring this very fun character.

While I have yet to take a real chunk out of this book, it’s cool to see it finally come together after having it in the back of my head for such a long time.

In a nutshell, these are my big projects.  I will admit that I am also already working on what will potentially become Boytoon Adventures #2.  At this time I’m focusing on a Deimos story called “the Spell”.  Speaking of Deimos, Logan’s work on Deimos #2 is INCREDIBLE!!!  I will be sharing some of that with all of you very soon as well.

And what kind of writer/artist would I be if I didn’t have a few other projects/ideas on the go in the background as well?  Well, maybe one that would actually release projects more quickly, but certainly not one who would feel as creatively fulfilled as this one!  LOL!

I hope you all had a wonderful weekend AND Valentines Day!  I am happy to kick off another full week of “A post a day” for you guys this week.  The last time I did this, we all had such great fun, so I thought it would be cool to do it again.

I want to kick things off by telling you about Humbuged’s latest flash interactive game/drool fest… Monthly Manful: Drae The Firefighter!

What’s not to love about Hummy’s amazingly sexy flash games and animations?  NOTHING, that’s what!  And Drae, one of the latest additions to his stable of hung and horny studs is perhaps one of the hottest to date.

Drae is a hunky Firefighter at the Huminia Fire Department.  He’s gorgeous, sweet and what I like best is I don’t think he quite gets just how damn sexy he is.  In this game, you get to sweet talk Drae into showin’ ya his big ol’ fire hose… but don’t be brash, or you may have to start sweet-talking him all over again!  Drae can be sort of shy!  LOL!

If you’re wondering whether investing in Hummy’s flash games and animations is worth it, my answer is: DEFINITELY! These little gems ABSOLUTELY have a ton of replay potential.  I have a HUGE collection of them now and revisit them regularly.  Each one is a real work of art and exceptionally well thought out… not to mention that they’re all beautifully drawn and incredibly arousing!

Hello my friends…

Most of the time when I talk about an artist here on Boytoons Magazine, I provide a link to his or her homepage.  But sometimes, I have no such link to provide.  Some artists don’t have home pages and it can be difficult to see their work unless they post on communities or forums.

Naturally when I learn of an official website for an artist whose work I admire, I am ecstatic.  It means I can see their latest creations and keep up to date on their projects.  It also means I hurry and share the information with you good people!

If you’ve been following BTM for a while, you’re probably familiar with the amazing artist, Soto.  I devoted BTM issue #136 entirely to him.  Soto is most recognized for his brilliantly choreographed tentacle  fantasy art, and his beautifully raunchy depictions of Hellboy.  Recently he even created a truly superb erotic fan comic starring Hellboy entitled “Unchained Lust’.  To say this is a brilliant creation is a gross understatement.

Since issue #136, I’ve received a lot of comments and emails concerning Soto and the question most often asked is “does Soto have a website?”.  Well, at the time of BTM #136’s publication, he didn’t… but good things come to those who wait.  Soto now has a website devoted entirely to his wonderful body of work. Enter THE ART OF SOTO!

The Art of Soto is set up as a forum with galleries, and you’ll be very pleased to find a lot of his past work, as well as some new pieces.  Soto works both traditionally and digitally, so there’s a cool mix of his illustrative and 3D work on the site.

To date, he hasn’t posted “Unchained Lust” on the site, but I have noticed that he’s prepared a “comics” section, so I imagine that it’s only a matter of time.  I once also saw some panels from a Beast of the X-Men fan comic he did.  Poor old Hank was being “trained” in the danger room by some rather probing sentinel.  Yummy!  Let’s just say that it was pretty darn hot!  Hopefully, gems like that one will also make it onto Soto’s site.

There is certainly a great deal more to come from Soto on his new website, but for starters, what is already there is sure to blow your mind.  It’s definitely worth checking out Soto’s new home on the net, and making sure that you bookmark it.  Trust me, you won’t want to miss any updates.
